The Pearl is a boutique apartment community that opened in 2024 in the Hale neighborhood of South Minneapolis, just steps from Lake Nokomis and some of the area’s best local spots.

I grew up building and managing townhomes in the Mankato area, and my wife spent years as a property manager for some of the largest rental companies in the country.  We purchased The Pearl on July 1, 2025, right around its one year mark, and have been focused on continuing to elevate the property and the experience for our residents ever since. 

We decided to take this on together, combining our backgrounds to build something better than the typical apartment experience. Together, we bring both hands-on building experience and professional management knowledge, but with a much more personal, family run approach.

At The Pearl, we truly care about our residents. We make a point to be accessible, responsive, and proactive, and we go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. Our goal is simple: to create a place people are proud to call home.
